Potato Pancakes(Yields 25 Pancakes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 small to medium potatoes, shredded or ground
    1 to 2 eggs
    1 medium onion
    1 tsp. salt
    approximately 1/2 c. flour (enough for good consistency depending on juiciness of potatoes)
Preparation
    Mix everything together and fry in 1/2 cup oil like regular pancakes.
    Serve sauerbraten and potato pancakes with applesauce.
