Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch fresh broccoli
    1 large onion (Vidalia is best)
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    6 hard-boiled eggs
    1 c. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip or salad dressing)
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. stuffed green olives
    1/2 c. whole salted cashews
    garlic powder
    seasoned salt
Preparation
    Wash broccoli and cut into bite size pieces (leaves and stems, too).
    Chop onion.
    Slice mushrooms thin.
    Cut hard eggs into wedges.
    Put all of this into a large salad bowl and sprinkle with garlic powder and seasoned salt.
    In a small bowl, mix mustard and mayonnaise.
    Pour over vegetables and eggs; toss gently with rubber spatula or wooden spoon until all pieces are coated. Scatter olives and nuts over top.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight, if possible, before serving.
