Sausage Sauce Piquant - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 can tomatoes
1 small onion
1/2 bell pepper
1 cooking spoon flour
1 cooking spoon cooking oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine flour and oil in a heavy skillet and brown, stirring constantly.
Add diced sausage, onion and bell pepper; cook until wilted.
Add tomatoes, 1/4 cup water, salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer about 1 hour.
Serve with rice.
