Pepper Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 cans chicken rice soup
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 small jar chopped pimiento
    1 stick margarine, cut up
Preparation
    Mix
    all
    ingredients
    and
    put in baking dish.
    Cook in 350\u00b0 oven about 45 minutes or until rice is tender.
    Stir a few times while cooking.
