Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. cake flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
3 c. shredded carrots
Preparation

Mix Wesson
oil and sugar.
Sift together cake flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add dry mixture to sugar and Wesson oil.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add shredded carrots.
Bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
