Josh Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large baking potatoes
1/2 stick margarine
1 c. sour cream
1/2 to 1 c. cooked ham
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked
1/2 to 1 c. chicken
1 c. Swiss cheese
Preparation

Bake potatoes until done.
Slice potatoes in half and place in an 8 1/2 x 11-inch baking pan with skin side down.
Break up top of potatoes with a fork.
Top potatoes with butter or margarine, sour cream, ham, bacon and chicken.
Other ingredients can be substituted or deleted as desired.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 425\u00b0 until all ingredients are hot.
