Taco Cornsticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
2 c. biscuit mix
1 tsp. taco spice or taco seasoning mix
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
In 10 1/2 x 15 1/2-inch jelly roll pan, melt margarine in oven.
In mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Turn on a floured surface and knead 10 to 12 minutes.
Pat or roll into a strip, 3 x 24-inches.
Cut into 1-inch sections.
Roll each 1 x 3-inch strip in margarine. Arrange in pan. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until browned.
