Mustard-Topped Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small halibut steaks, 1-inch thick
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
    2 egg whites
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onions (with tops)
Preparation
    Sprinkle fish steaks with pepper.
    Place fish on rack in broiler pan; brush with 1 tablespoon of the margarine.
    Set oven control to broil.
    Broil fish with tops 2 to 3 inches from heat until light brown, about 5 minutes.
    Turn; brush with remaining margarine.
    Broil until fish flakes easily with fork, 5 to 8 minutes.
    Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
    Fold in cheese, mustard and onions.
    Spread mixture over fish.
    Broil until tops are golden
    brown, about 1 1/2 minutes.
