Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can salmon, drained
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients after you have drained and boned salmon. Put in refrigerator to chill.
    Roll in 1/4 cup chopped pecans and enough parsley to roll in.
    Serve with crackers.
