Savory Pecan Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. corn flake crumbs or bread crumbs
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2/3 c. cooked rice
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 Egg Beaters or 6 egg whites, beaten
    1 tsp. sage
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    pinch of thyme and sweet basil
Preparation
    Combine.
    Pour into greased loaf pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Turn onto platter.
    Serve with a mushroom sauce or other favorite gravy.
    Serves 8.
