Whipped Horseradish Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. whipped cream cheese (at room temperature)
    1/2 c. white horseradish (prepared)
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. heavy or whipping cream
Preparation
    Mix the cream cheese, horseradish, sugar and salt together. Whip the cream and fold gently into the cheese mixture. Refrigerate.
