Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1/4 tsp. flavoring
    1 2/3 c. powdered sugar
    food coloring (amount varies for color you desire; green or red makes a nice color for the holidays)
Preparation
    Mash cheese.
    Add flavoring and coloring.
    Mix in sugar. Knead with hands until it is like pie dough.
    Make into balls (marble size) and dip in granulated sugar; press in mold.
    Unmold at once.
    These are so nice for holidays!
