Apple And Butterscotch Chip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 c. chopped apples
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    2 c. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Sift flour, soda, cinnamon, baking powder and salt together. Combine sugar and oil in large mixer bowl; mix well.
    Add eggs; beat well.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Add flour mixture, beating until smooth.
    Fold in apples and walnuts.
    Pour into oiled 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Sprinkle with butterscotch chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
