Oven Seafood Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. chopped green onion
1/3 c. minced green pepper
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of garlic powder
1 (6 oz.) can snow crabmeat, drained, shelled and cartilage removed
1 (4 1/4 oz.) can small shrimp, drained and rinsed
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams, drained
1/4 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

In medium bowl, blend cream cheese, green onion, pepper, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir in crab, shrimp and clams.
Turn mixture into a 1-quart ungreased casserole ovenproof serving dish.
Sprinkle almonds over top. Bake in a 350\u00b0 convection oven on rack 3 for about 30 minutes (or bake in preheated 350\u00b0 radiant bake oven about 30 minutes) or until bubbly around edges and center reaches 130\u00b0 to 140\u00b0.
Serve with assorted crackers.
