Glazed Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. popcorn
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1/2 c. firmly packed granulated sugar
    1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O gelatin (any flavor)
Preparation
    Place popcorn in a large bowl.
    Heat butter and syrup in a saucepan over low heat.
    Stir in granulated sugar and gelatin; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer gently for 5 minutes. Immediately pour this mixture over popcorn, tossing it to coat well.
    Spread popcorn on aluminum foil lined 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan. Spread evenly.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Cool.
    Remove from pan and break into small pieces.
    Makes about 2 quarts.
