Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 onions, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can celery soup
    1 qt. V-8 juice
    1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onions.
    Bring soups and V-8 juice to a boil.
    Add vegetables and beef; simmer at least 1 hour.
