Submarine Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chopped onion
    2 stalks celery
    2 lb. ground meat (beef, pork or a combination)
    salt and pepper to taste
    hot sauce to taste
    4 Tbsp. mustard
    6 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 egg
    24 pistolette breads
    24 oz. grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown onions, celery, and meat.
    Add seasonings, mustard and ketchup.
    Cook about
    10 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add egg. Mix well.
