Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large avocados, mashed
    1/2 c. canned, diced green chiles
    1/4 c. onion, minced
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 oz. lemon juice
    pimentos (optional for color)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and chill.
    Yields 3 cups.
