Cheesy Chicken Crescents - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boiled and deboned
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can milk
Preparation
    Combine chopped deboned chicken and grated cheese.
    Open crescent rolls into triangles.
    Place approximately 2 tablespoons of chicken/cheese mixture on \"fat\" side of crescent triangle. Fold over the
    2 short \"legs\" and then roll down the long leg of crescent triangle to form a pouch.
    Combine soup and milk to make sauce.
    Pour 1/2 of sauce into Pyrex baking dish.
    Place pouches in dish and pour the rest of the sauce over them.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes (until tops of rolls are toasted).
    Top with cheese!
