German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and cubed
    1 onion, diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    4 eggs, hard-boiled and cut up
    4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine potatoes, onion, celery, hard-boiled eggs and bacon.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
