Company Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up (or pieces of your choice)
1 c. raw rice
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
2 to 2 1/2 c. water
1 stick margarine, melted
salt, pepper and paprika to taste
Preparation

Wash chicken pieces and pat dry.
Spread rice and onion mix in bottom of Pyrex dish.
Place chicken pieces on top of rice and soup mix.
Pour water over this.
Pour melted margarine over all. Add salt, pepper and paprika.
Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
