Spaghetti Squash With Tomato Sauce(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large spaghetti squash, halved crosswise and seeds cleaned out
    3 ripe tomatoes, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
    3/4 c. chopped basil
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. olive oil or vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    red pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place spaghetti squash halves, cut side down on waxed paper on bottom of microwave oven.
    Cook on High 16 to 20 minutes, rearranging squash twice. Let cool 10 minutes.
