Spinich Dip (Light) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) container light sour cream
    1 envelope Good Seasons nonfat salad dressing mix or Italian fat free dressing
    1 pkg. Birds Eye chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    1/2 small red pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. low-fat milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; refrigerate.
    Serve with vegetable dippers.
    Makes 4 cups.
