Ham And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slices bread
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    3/4 lb. Longhorn cheese
    1/2 lb. ham
    dash of cayenne pepper
    dash of dry mustard
Preparation
    Trim crusts from bread and cube.
    Grease a 9 x 9-inch pan and put cubes in bottom.
    Cube ham and cheese.
    Put on top of bread. Slightly beat eggs and add milk, mustard and pepper.
    Pour over bread, cheese and ham.
    Let soak 1/2 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    (Can also be made the night before and kept in refrigerator until morning.)
