Eagle Brand Milk Substitute - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. boiling water
3 Tbsp. oleo
1/2 c. white sugar
1 1/3 c. dry milk powder
Preparation

Warm blender jar with hot water first.
Put boiling water in warm blender and add butter first, then sugar and milk.
Blend briefly; scrape down sides of blender, then blend until completely smooth, about 30 seconds.
Pour out and let stand until cool and thickened.
Use immediately or refrigerate, covered, until needed.
