Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    pinch of cloves
    3 c. shredded carrots
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Cream together sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and eggs.
    Add oil.
    Blend until smooth.
    Add flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
    Hand stir in carrots and walnuts.
    Bake in greased loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes and remove from pans.
