Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. instant rice
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed or 1 bunch fresh, chopped and steamed 3 or 4 minutes
    1/2 c. diced processed American cheese
Preparation
    Bring water and salt to boil.
    Add rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes.
