Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken breasts, thighs or legs
1 c. rice (uncooked)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (optional)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can evaporated milk
Preparation

Mix together rice, milk and soups. Spread in bottom of large baking dish. Lay chicken on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours, covered.
