Cheese Potato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium cooked potatoes, diced
    1 small jar pimiento
    1 large onion, diced
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a greased casserole dish.
    Add 1/4 cup milk before baking.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
