Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large cabbage head
1 green pepper
1 carrot
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation

Boil sugar, vinegar, salt, celery seed and mustard seed. While mixture is boiling, shred vegetables.
Pour over vegetables and mix well.
Let stand 3 hours and drain.
Put in jars and seal.
