Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. whole basil
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 tsp. pepper and salt
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 large (20 oz.) can tomato sauce
    10 oz. lasagne noodles
    2 eggs
    3 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated or sliced thin
Preparation
    Brown meat slowly.
    Pour into strainer and wash with hot water (this removes most of the fat).
    Combine in a large saucepan or skillet the meat and the next 6 ingredients and 1 cup of water. Simmer.
