Crispy Roasted Spuds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 lb. butter or oleo
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel potatoes, slice lengthwise into eighths.
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Roll potatoes in butter, arrange in pan and sprinkle with salt.
    Combine flour and cheese; sprinkle over potatoes.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven, uncovered, for about an hour or until tender.
    Turn potatoes in pan to coat.
