Barbecued Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef brisket
    1/2 (3 oz.) bottle liquid smoke
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
    1 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Marinate brisket in mixture of next 5 ingredients in roaster overnight.
    Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
    Bake, covered, for 5 hours. Cool in refrigerator.
    Blend drippings, brown sugar, catsup and flour in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Slice brisket thinly across grain.
    Cover with sauce.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
