Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. squash, cooked until tender, drained and mashed
    1 small jar pimentos
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 stick margarine, melted
    2 carrots, finely grated
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herbal stuffing
Preparation
    Melt butter; mix with stuffing.
    Use half to line bottom of baking dish.
    Mix other ingredients with salt and pepper.
    Pour over stuffing mix, then top with remaining stuffing mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in preheated oven until casserole is done, approximately 30 minutes.
