Cauliflower Goldenrod - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, hard-boiled
    1 medium head cauliflower
    1/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. water
    5 Tbsp. butter, melted
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Break cauliflower into flowerets.
    Combine milk and water in pan and bring to boil.
    Add cauliflower, cover and cook 10 minutes. Drain.
    Toss cauliflower and 2 tablespoons butter until coated. Transfer to serving dish.
