Crunchy Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
dash of cinnamon (for top)
2 c. diced rhubarb
Preparation

Blend 1 1/2 cups sugar and remaining ingredients except cinnamon and rhubarb.
Fold in rhubarb and put in 9-inch greased and floured pan.
Mix 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon for top; sprinkle on.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until done.
