Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and egg.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Roll in balls in cinnamon sugar on ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
