Chicken Waldorf Salad(4 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
1 c. bean sprouts
1/2 c. carrots, shredded
1 stalk celery, diced
1 apple (1/2 c.), diced
1/4 c. raisins
3 Tbsp. walnuts, chopped
2 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. orange juice
3 Tbsp. nonfat plain yogurt
Preparation

Combine chicken, bean sprouts, carrots, celery, apple, raisins and walnuts in a separate bowl, stir ingredients remaining until blended.
Pour over salad; stir to coat.
Serve with whole wheat crackers or into a pita to make a complete meal.
