Quiche Lorraine(Portuguese) - cooking recipe

pastry for 9-inch one crust pie
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
12 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
2 c. half and half
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Prepare pastry. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onions in pastry lined pie plate. Beat eggs slightly. Beat in remaining ingredients.
Pour egg mixture into pie plate.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
