Chicken Loaf * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stewed chicken
    3 or 4 c. chicken broth
    2 c. bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. pimentos
    4 or 5 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    salt and pepper to taste
    parsley flakes and poultry seasoning or sage (optional)
Preparation
    Chop chicken into small pieces; add remaining ingredients as given.
    Place in a greased loaf pan and bake in oven until firm, 25 to 30 minutes.
    This loaf may be mixed and placed into pans, covered well and frozen until ready to use.
    Bake just before serving.
