Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. sliced apples
1 c. sugar
pinch of salt (optional)
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. instant oatmeal
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. melted butter
Preparation

Lay apples in buttered cake pan.
Combine sugar, salt, 1 tablespoon flour and cinnamon.
Sprinkle over apples.
Mix oatmeal, baking powder, 3/4 cup flour, brown sugar, baking soda and butter.
Mix together until crumbly.
Put over apples.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until apples are tender and top is browned.
