Mosiac Bean Soup Recipehouston, Texas - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Mosaic Bean Soup Mix
2 qts. water
1 ham hock or chunks of ham or several cooked strips of bacon
1 large onion, chopped
1 can 16 oz. tomatoes, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Separate beans and spice mix.
Wash beans and place in a large pot.
Cover with water and soak overnight.
