Tomato Relish(Good With Vegetables And Pork) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 ripe tomatoes
    5 bell peppers
    3 hot peppers
    7 medium onions
    1 pt. vinegar (5% acidity)
    2 to 2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. each: cinnamon, allspice and ground cloves
Preparation
    Cook all ingredients down until you have about 1/2 of what you start with, about 4 to 5 hours.
    While still hot, put into pint jars (hot) and seal with hot lids and rings.
    Makes 7 to 8 pints.
