Pork Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean pork, cubed
2 small cans mushroom pieces
1 medium onion, diced
4 stalks celery, diced
3 cans or 1 large can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper
1 bag chow mein noodles
Preparation

Brown meat and pork in large Dutch oven kettle. Add celery and mushrooms. Add mushrooms, soup, salt and pepper. Cover and put in oven. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Take out and add chow mein noodles, mixing in juice lightly. Do not cover. Put back in oven approximately 5 to 7 minutes. Serve.
