Candy Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. thinly sliced cooking apples (without peel)
    2/3 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. cinnamon red hot candies
    1/3 c. + 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 deep dish pie crusts
Preparation
    In large bowl, toss together apples, walnuts, candies, 1/3 cup sugar and flour.
    Pour into pie crusts.
    Break or crumble 2nd frozen pie crust into very small pieces.
    Toss with remaining 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Sprinkle over apples.
