Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. scalded milk
    1 (8-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Put eggs, sugar, salt, nutmeg and vanilla into blender; process on low until sugar is dissolved and eggs are lemon colored.
    Add milk; process until well blended.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
