Elliott'S Vegetable Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small carrots
    1 small onion
    3 cucumbers, peeled
    1 bell pepper
    1 envelope Knox gelatine
    2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Grind vegetables in food processor.
    Squeeze juice through colander, paper towels or whatever works best for you.
    Save 6 tablespoons of juice aside.
    Barely heat juice to dissolve gelatine.
    Let cool.
    After cool, add to vegetables.
    Add the mayonnaise.
    Mix and chill.
