Spaghetti With Tuna Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, minced
    5 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 large can crushed tomatoes
    1 can tuna fish (packed in oil), drained
    freshly ground pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. spaghetti or linguini
Preparation
    In skillet, saute garlic with all the olive oil over medium heat. Add parsley and cook for 1/2 minute. Add tomatoes. Stir well.
    Lower heat and cook at a gentle simmer for 25 minutes or until tomatoes separate from oil.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Mix in the drained tuna.
    Mix well and cook for 5 minutes. Add butter and serve over pasta.
