French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 beaten eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
    10 slices bread
    butter or oil
    syrup or honey
Preparation
    In a shallow bowl, beat together eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
    Dip bread in egg mixture, coating both sides.
    In a skillet, cook bread on both sides in a small amount of hot butter or oil over medium-high heat until golden brown. Add more butter if needed.
    Cover with syrup or honey.
