Dilly Ricotta Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. dill
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. Ricotta cheese (preferably whole milk)
    1/2 c. shredded zucchini
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and dill.
    Combine milk, butter and eggs.
    Stir in Ricotta and zucchini.
    Add flour mixture.
    Use muffin pans with liners.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven 20 to 25 minutes.
